Model SC Simplex Basket Strainer - PTFE

PTFE Basket Strainers designed to remove large volumes of suspended or waste solids from corrosive or high-purity fluid systems.

All PTFE construction provides superior corrosion resistance when compared to 316 Stainless Steel, PVC/CPVC and polypropylene strainers. Teflon^® FEP encapsulated o-rings are used to prevent blow-by and external leakage.

The screw top design enables easy access to the basket for removal and clean-out. The drain-plug allows drainage of residual liquids for safer basket removal. Strainer screens are constructed of Tefzel^® screen and have an FEP encapsulated silicone o-ring to enhance sealing.
