Butterfly Valves One piece body butterfly valves for pipelines as large as 12" having a full 150 PSI pressure rating. The single piece design fully supports the flanged bolt holes and includes a integral mounting pad for level handle, gear box or actuator mounting (pneumatic or electric). Blow-out proof stainless steel stem with a unique full body liner having a V-notch retention design to assure positive sealing. Integrally molded face seal eliminates need for mating flange gaskets. These butterfly valves are designed for retrofitting to metal pipelines. Viton, EPDM and Nitrile liners with wafer body deisgn. |

Large-Size Butterfly Valves Designed for 14 to 24 inch pipelines, these rugged one piece polypropylene valves have a full face liner, eliminating the need for expensive flange gaskets. The 316SS valve stem is completely isolated from the pipeline and the unique sphered disc provides a bubble tight seal with minimum torque. These fabricated valves are easily customized for special pipeline connections. FPM, EPDM and Nitrile liner and seals, high torque gear box, dual lifting lug handles, slotted bottom bolt holes. Compatible with pneumatic or electric actuators.
